All Star Cheer Squad Review for Nintendo Wii @ VGGEN.com.

Video Game Generation has reviewed All Star Cheer Squad.  In the review they cover, in detail, how the game is setup and played.  Giving thier thoughts on how well each aspect of the game is.

Gameplay is simple: follow through the tutorial mode presented by the cheerleaders where they teach you how to hold the Wii remote and Nunchuk just so in order to register movements. Throughout the game, players will progress through different stages of competitions and practices.

As for graphics, character models are appropriately peppy and bright, but there is a dearth of attention to detail. While players shouldn’t expect much from the graphics nor the locations scattered throughout

I mentioned the We Cheer video game a while back. Looks like it is getting closer to release. I have received an email from the company asking if I would like a copy to demo. We’ll see what happens with this.

We Cheer is a new videogame coming out for the Wii console in a few months. It is designed for all ages, with an emphasis on youth, and teaches invigorating cheerleading moves set to a very cool soundtrack. The music ranges from Hilary Duff and Aly & AJ, to KC & The Sunshine Band. Using your Wii remotes as pom-poms, We Cheer puts you in the role of captain and it’s your job to get your squad ready for some high kicking, high jumping, electrifying moves that will bring your team to the number one spot at the world championship tournament!

– You get to customize your super-cute character’s look and outfit

– There are multiple playing modes, including Competitive Mode where you can play up to 4 players, and Exercise Mode which counts calories based on the intensity of the workout

During Namco Bandai’s Gamers Days Namco announced another new Cheerleading video game.

Each character in the game is fully customizable, with a variety of uniforms, shoes and accessories to choose from for added personalization.
