Change a good thing for Sandburg’s Sangosti
Here is a great article by Danny Sheridan with the Orland Park Prairie about Gia Sangosti. She switched from gymnastics to cheerleading her junior year and has now been accepted into the University of Central Florida’s cheerleading program.
I had my heart set on going to Central Florida for a while, but I knew how great their team was,” said Sangosti, who carried a 3.8 GPA at Sandburg. “Once I found out I made the team, I was speechless. My goal when I switched to cheerleading was to do it in college, so that certainly worked out.”
