Cheer camp builds team spirit, self-esteem

The positive, welcoming, supportive atmosphere encouraged even shy and inexperienced young cheerleaders to shout out strong and show their spirit during the Creswell High School cheerleading camp.
Dance routines, basic stunts, spirit games and cheers, all led by members of the CHS varsity cheer squad, kept about 36 young participants engaged and entertained during the three-day camp, which was open to first- through eighth-grade girls and boys.
