BSU brings home first national title

The Boise State cheer squad of 18 women and three men took first place in the Small Coed Division of the USA College Cheerleading Nationals Tuesday, Feb. 12, in Las Vegas, Nev.
This is the Broncos first national title after finishing second last year and fourth in 2006 and 2005. The team entered the competition’s final round with the highest composite score in its division, the equivalent of earning a first seed in a tournament.
