Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President has gone into self-isolation over suspicions that he may have contracted the deadly coronavirus, his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande, said on Tuesday.
He feels he would have contracted coronavirus since Abba Kyari, the closest person to Buhari has been tested positive of coronavirus.
Laolu Akande said his boss is self-isolating in accordance with the protocols of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

Thecheernews reports the confirmed cases of COVID-19 rose to 44 as at 9 pm on Tuesday.
Tweeting on his official handle, Akande said: “VP Osinbajo yesterday at the office conducted his meetings via video conferencing while observing social distancing.
Today, he continues his work from the home office, as he is in self-isolation in accordance with NCDC protocols.”
