The governor of Jigawa state, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has expressed his regret and sadness at the passing of Alhaji Nuhu Mohammadu Sanusi, the Emir of Dutse.
This was expressed by Governor Badaru in a message of sympathy to the people of the state, which was signed by Malam Habibu Kila, his special adviser on media and public relations.
The news of the passing of the Emir of Dutse, Dr. Nuhu Muhammad Sanusi, “I received with sadness and a deep sense of a great national loss,” Badaru stated.
He described the late Emir as a humble, religious and community leader whose conduct and character in life has been to the service of humanity.
