Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, a well-known disc jockey, has expressed her wish to work as Asake’s full-time backing singer.
On Tuesday, after first meeting Asake, she revealed their discussion and made this public.
Cuppy shared a video of the two of them together on her official X account and proclaimed her “deep desire” to become Asake’s backing vocalist in his band.

This occurred less than three weeks after Asake closed London, United Kingdom’s 20,000-seat O2 Arena.
With this achievement, he joined other Nigerian musicians who have sold out the O2 Arena, including Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido.
