Kemi Olokode-Ayelabola Praises President Tinubu for Ministerial Retreat Success

Chairperson and Convener of Asiwaju Renewed Hope (ARH’23) Kemi Olokode-Ayelabola has commended the President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR for organising and participating in a successful Cabinet Retreat for Ministers, Presidential Aides, Permanent Secretaries, and top government functionaries, which held at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja.

Kemi, a resident of Republic of Ireland who mobilized and campaigned for Tinubu during the February 2023 presidential poll in a statement she made available to the media via her email on Sunday said she was greatly impressed with the performances of all the stakeholders at the retreat which was beamed live on the national television and as well streamed live on the social media.

The behavioral, developmental and child/young persons care professional added:

“I am greatly impressed at President Bola Tinubu’s display of genuine commitment to turn Nigeria around and to improve on the quality of life of the citizenry, his path to honour, integrity and patriotism was openly noticed during the just concluded retreat. This is true leadership and he must be commended and appreciated.

“I also use this opportunity to crave the understanding of the citizens to have a little patience as we can all see that this government is fervently pushing to see that the Renewed Hope Agenda becomes a reality in the nick of time.

“Right from May 29, 2023 when this government officially resumed office we can all have a feel of an administration with vision and capacity to make things happen and I encourage Nigerians to have a little patience and as well cooperate with the government’s policies and programmes. My take away from this Cabinet Retreat for Ministers, Presidential Aides, Permanent Secretaries, and top government functionaries is that we have a government that will engender transparency, accountability, patriotism, inclusiveness and sincerity of purpose.

“Another aspect of the retreat was the intellectual inputs by the stakeholders and their willingness and enthusiasm to work in tandem with the policy thrust of their principal. The ministers have actually been given a huge task to meet the deliverables and mandates of the government and I am confident that with our prayers and cooperation for them they will not fail and Nigerians will be better for it.”

Continuing, she said:

“From all indications, this President loves this country. He is a believer in Nigeria and I am sure he will do everything possible to advance the well-being of all of us as citizens. He will hold this country with trust and I beg that we should appreciate him.

“Look at what Tinubu did in Lagos when he was Governor, the roadmap, the achievements, and the trajectory. The way he governed Lagos showed that Nigeria will not be difficult for him to handle and thankfully he has started well. I strongly believe in Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria to make it greater and prosperous and God will surely see him through.” Kemi stated.
