Nigeria Records 661 Fresh COVID-19 Cases Saturday As Total Hits 19,808

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has on Saturday night said that Nigeria recorded 661 new cases of the COVID-19, bringing the virus cases in Nigeria to 19,808.

NCDC in a tweet on Saturday announced that the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria is now 19,808, with 6,718 persons discharged. Meanwhile, 506 persons have so far lost their lives in Nigeria due to Coronavirus, the tweet said.

While Lagos also led in the breakdown cases with 230, Rivers-127 Delta-83 FCT-60 Oyo-51 Edo-31 Bayelsa-27 Kaduna-25 Plateau-13 Ondo-6 Nasarawa-3 Ekiti-2 Kano-2 Borno-1
