Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria’s two-term former Finance Minister has said she has been appointed by the South African Government a member of South Africa Presidential Economic Advisory Council.
Okonjo-Iweala via her twitter handle said: ”With President Ramaphosa, members of cabinet, and members of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council in Pretoria discussing sources of growth for the South African economy and win-win economic interactions with the continent.”

According to her, the Council met in Pretoria on Friday with President Cyril Ramaphosa presiding, adding we discussed “sources of growth for the South African economy and win-win economic interactions with the continent.”
