Trump Congratulates Nigeria @ 59, Sues For Peace, Unity

US President, Donald Trump, has congratulated Nigerians as the people celebrate its 59 independence.

In his goodwill message therefore to President Buhari, Trump urged the citizenry with diversities in language and culture to unite.

Besides, Trump advised Nigerians to unify in their quest for peace, unity and success.

The American President said he would love to see Boko Haram and other terrorist groups wiped out of Africa.

Trump said: “On behalf of the American people, I extend our warmest greetings and congratulate you on Nigeria’s 59th Anniversary.

“Nigeria is among our strongest partners in Africa. We share common goals of expanding trade and growing our economic relationship.

“We are allies in the global battle against terrorism. America  wants to see Boko Haram and ISIS-West Africa driven out of the region and other insurgencies like them dismantled.

“The United States welcome efforts by your administration to diversify opportunities for your talented, creative and hardworking people,  most importantly the efforts will  benefit both our countries, Africa and the world.

“Because following our meeting last year, America Vice Presidents has started building on our longstanding history of cooperation.

Therefore, I wish the people of Nigeria continued in success as you mark another year of independence.”
